When Brian first discussed BIC's website, they were not looking for anything extravagant. They needed a place to send their clients to. These days, it's hard to represent your business without a website. Basically they needed their first footprint online. Brian took on this project and gave them exactly what they needed. This is an informational website which gives their customers a better idea of who they are. Developed with PHP and CS3.
